Return Policy
In case of exchange or refund, please contact us promptly via email at lmiyagi.design@gmail.com.
We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.
Exchanging / Returning Prints, Stickers & Pins
You may ask for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
If the item is a gift and you fear that you may not to meet the 14-day deadline, please give us notice beforehand.
Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to send the UNOPENED items in their original condition (must be in their original packaging).
Returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense.
We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble.
Please note that sales items are non-refundable and are not exchangeable.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanging / Returning Apparel
There are no refunds or returns for apparel items unless they’re damaged or they get lost in the mail. Please note that everything is made special for you after you order and we do not store inventory in order to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.
Exchanging / Returning Digital Goods
There are no refunds, exchanges or returns for digital goods.
What if my order never arrived?
If your order did not arrive, please contact me promptly via email at lmiyagi.design@gmail.com. I can either issue you a full refund or try to replace your order by sending it to a new address to prevent it from getting lost again.
NOTE: Please check your shipping confirmation and check that your address was entered correctly. If the address is incorrect, I'd be happy to send you a replacement to the correct address.
What if my order arrives damaged?
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with me for a replacement! We have a 14-day replacement policy, so if you don’t get ahold of us by then, we can no longer offer a replacement for free.
To make this process smoother, please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product and your order information to lmiyagi.design@gmail.com.
