Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we pretty much ship everywhere that USPS does!

Please note that the Postal Service™ is suspending international mail acceptance for certain locations. Please check the International Mail Service Suspensions List for details.

I placed an order, when will I get my tracking number?

I try my best to fulfill orders as soon as I can. All items may take from 2 to 5 business days to be fulfilled (excludes pre-sale/pre-stock items). Once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created, a shipping confirmation email will be sent out.

However, please note that Emails from my website sometimes get sent to customers’ junk folder or get lost if the email address listed is incorrect. Please double check your junk folder, and if it’s still not there, feel free to contact me and I can send you your tracking information :)

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for USPS to put the packages in their tracking system for you to start checking it’s location.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Yes, additional customs and tax fees may occur on international orders. Since customs policies are different in each country, we can’t always cover their fees at checkout. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size so if you live in a country where you normally have to pay a standard customs fee, keep in mind that there may be an extra cost. Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

When will I receive the digital item I purchased?

After you purchase a digital product you will receive a download link via email right away to grab your goods. If you did not receive this email you either put in the wrong email address, or it may have ended up in your spam folder. To prevent theft, this link expires in 24 hours. If you fail to download in time, no worries. Just forward that email to me so I can resend that download link for you.

Can I get a tattoo of one of your designs?

If you are inspired by one of my illustrations and would like to get it tattooed, lets just say that I am very flattered—THANK YOU! I have a listing in my shop called “tattoo ticket,” which is a downloadable certificate that gives my blessing. Many tattoo artists require permission from the original artist in order to tattoo their designs. By purchasing this ticket, you have my consent to use one of my existing designs as a tattoo and get a certificate to show the tattoo artist as proof. Click here if you’re interested :)
